Hubert Peciakowski has over 20 years of hands-on experience in refining and petrochemical industry. He joined ORLEN in 2004 and worked in different positions, currently he is the Head of Synthetic Fuels Department at ORLEN. His main experience is in energy efficiency and process optimization, refinery and petrochemical integration, energy transition with hydrogen and renewable fuels economy and innovating projects implementation. He created many efficiency improvements (related to increasing yields, improving refinery/petchem profitability, reducing the loss of margin) and innovative projects in ORLEN. He is certified TRIZ Practitioner.

He holds a MS degree in Chemical Technology and postgraduate Certificate in Economics from Warsaw University of Technology. In 2024, he completed Executive MBA at the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development, validated by IAE Aix-Marseille.
