About the Speaker
Juha Rintamäki, M.Sc. (Tech.), assumed the role of CEO at Tampereen Vesi Oy on January 1, 2025. He previously served as Deputy CEO starting in May 2024. Before joining Tampereen Vesi, Rintamäki led Vaasan Sähköverkko for nearly 20 years. He holds a master’s degree in electrical power engineering and industrial management from Tampere University of Technology in Hervanta.
Rintamäki brings extensive experience in managing critical infrastructure and business operations. At Tampereen Vesi, his strategic priorities include regional cooperation in wastewater treatment, securing long-term water supply, implementing smart water meters, and developing digital services. Sustainability and responsible practices are also central to his agenda.
