Riitta Silvennoinen is the Managing Director of Hydrogen Cluster Finland, an independent industry association uniting around 100 companies and business organizations across the hydrogen value chain. The cluster convenes industry, policymakers, and research to share knowledge, build collaborations and joint ventures, and grow market demand—with the ambition of making Finland Europe’s leading hydrogen economy.
Previously a Senior Manager at Deloitte, Director of Energy Transition at St1, and a circular economy specialist at Sitra, she brings deep experience spanning industry, policy, and ecosystem building. At Hydrogen Cluster Finland she leads the impact strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and international engagement to position Finland as a hydrogen frontrunner. Riitta holds a Licentiate of Technology from Aalto University and is a frequent moderator and speaker on energy transition, e‑fuels, and green growth.
